My wife and I lost our son through an auto accident, who was the owner of the property. He was having financial problems and was in the middle of trying to do a short sale of his property with Ronda, who was assisting him at the time of his death. We met Ronda at the time we went to recover the body and bring him home back here to California, and she came by to meet us and share her condolences and express how sorry she was about our loss.
Ronda was working very hard to assist our son to get the best possible deal to help him get out from the debt the house had put him in while he was not able to work. He told my wife and I how lucky he was to have met the nicest realty lady who was helping him out. Ronda was a God send to us also, as she was supportive to us in her efforts to continue to sell the house and get the best settlement we could. I had worked with Ms. Day for almost a year before finally purchasing my current home. Review from a Vacation Rental Guest
Our stay was very comfortable and relaxed for the ten days we holidayed at the Waikiki Banyan. The apartment was very clean, modern and cozy without being too small for the both of us, and we felt right at home.We enjoyed the amenities provided, including the huge beds, and the lanai which overlooked the pool and spa and had distant views to Diamond Head.
The welcome package complete with pineapple and chocolate macadamias was much appreciated! We found the apartment to be within a short walking distance to the beach, eateries, and other attractions. Public transport including trolley was virtually at our doorstep, only around the corner. The mini-mart on the ground floor came in handy for last minute necessities.
Our agent Ronda was fabulous and went out of her way to ensure that we were happy and comfortable with everything. She even bought the softest low pillow for me the day after I mentioned my pillows were too high! As we were so busy sightseeing, unfortunately, we didn’t use the pool, but I did enjoy the jacuzzi once. I promise to rectify this when we return to the beautiful Oahu…..Both my sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Banyan and would highly recommend Krzystof’s one bedroom apartment to stay in.
